The Medicare report from 12/14/2021 indicates facility staff failed to accommodate a resident’s preferences and nutritional needs. The resident in question required a low-carb, low-salt diet. Inspectors found these needs were regularly unmet.

Failed to Provide Appropriate Pain Management

According to the Medicare report from 12/14/2021, facility staff failed to appropriately administer pain medication to a resident experiencing chronic, distracting pain levels. The resident had a physician’s order regarding pain management. These orders were not followed correctly.
