Inspectors found residents received only 16 minutes of Registered Nurse (RN) hours per day, while the national average is 41 minutes and the average in North Carolina is 34 minutes. Additionally, residents received only 1 hour and 34 minutes of nurse aide hours per day when the national average is 2 hours and 12 minutes and the average in North Carolina is 2 hours and 9 minutes.
