A New Jersey woman suffered physical assault at the hands of her caregiver, according to a suit filed in the New Jersey Superior Court by Murray, Stone & Wilson. The suit contends that the elderly woman was left injured and in tears after being physically attacked by one of the nursing home’s employees.
