Tragedy struck inside a Bucks County, Pennsylvania community today when a nursing home explosion took the lives of multiple people and injured several others. According to reports, nearly two dozen people have been taken to local hospitals and several more remain unaccounted for following the explosion at Silver Lake Nursing Home in Bristol.
