Murray, Stone & Wilson Launches With Offices in Philadelphia, PA and Tampa, FL

April 12, 2019 – William P. Murray III, Matthew T. Stone and Erica C. Wilson founded Murray, Stone & Wilson, PLLC, a firm dedicated to representing victims of wrongdoing.  The three attorneys met and worked together at Wilkes & McHugh, PA, a nationwide firm specializing in personal injury cases, with a particular focus on nursing home abuse and neglect.  Mr. Murray, who acted as managing attorney for Wilkes & McHugh, and Ms. Wilson, who headed the firm’s Philadelphia office, bring significant experience to their new firm.  Mr. Stone, for his part, recently obtained a $7,500,000 elder abuse verdict, which is believed to be one of the largest nursing home verdicts ever in Pennsylvania.

Murray, Stone & Wilson, PLLC has a diverse set of clients, many who have suffered catastrophic injury and wrongdoing at the hands of corporations.  The shareholders of MSW are dedicated to seeking justice, even when faced with tough adversaries.  Ms. Wilson stated, “We are looking forward to representing clients who have nowhere else to turn, and being able to provide them the personalized attention they deserve.”  The firm will largely prosecute claims of elder abuse and neglect, medical malpractice and personal injury.
